After upgrade to hikashop 2.4 images on frontpage

HEEEELP.

I have my shop mainpage complete messed up after upgrade to 2.4.

I changed the image and thumbnail sizes due to an issue explained also in other topics.
I get these messages:

The folder /path/to/apache/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/0x270f is not writable

it is not only non writeable it simply does not exist !!

What did you change ???? that causes all this image issues ?

This happens only when i leave blank the field "ICON height" in the foto settings.

Please enter a reasonable integer value for image height, otherwise the system cannot create or display a proper image.

Careful when following advice in other threads: always make sure that it is the exact same "issue" under exact same conditions (incl Joomla and HikaShop versions). "Similar" is not always the same.

I tried it out for you leaving blank the icon size and also the same settings that i had when the errors appeared.

All is fine. No errors occur the new version. Thanks !
