Hikashop Social Plugin not working

Hi,
Hikashop Social Plugin is activated but nothing is displayed on the product page.
Can you help please?

Please provide more details about your website, like a link to a product page.
It could be also useful to have more details about the HikaShop social plugin configuration.

Hi,

I'm guessing that the issue could come from the template, or some caching on your website.
Could you try to switch to the default template protostar temporarily and see if that helps ?
Can you make sure that you clear your website's cache ?

Hi,
I switched to protostar and i can see social networks icons (but i disabled "pin it" but it is showing as you can see on the screenshot, and it looks like icons are not on the same line).
Cache is not enabled yet since my site is not fully ready.
What should I do?

Hi,

As the issue apparently comes from the customization of the product page layout in your template, the best would be to contact your template provider or the person who customized the product page layout for you as something must be fixed in it.
The best I can propose from my standpoint is to rename the files templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/show_*.php to something else via FTP in order to completely deactivate the product page layout customization.

The pin it displaying is a bug we fixed with HikaShop 2.4. Updating to it should fix the problem. You can wait a few days until we activate the auto update.
