Delivery to certain distance from the restaurant

Hello everyone,
one of the issues im facing is the restaurant we are working with,they have a certain diameter for delivery , is there is any thing in hikashop related, for example when some one click on Order online

a new pop up asking to put the address then submit, if the address within that circle then it will be deliverable if the address out of that circle then will say thank you but your address out of delivery area and you are welcome to pick up,

I tried to draw a circle around the address to explain however the circle looks something else not circle at all but i thought it might give you an idea for what im referring to


the distance always measured from the restaurant,, they have maximum of 4 or 5 miles maximum,
any help appreciated
