Terms and Conditions not showing in the right plac

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.35

Hello everyone ,

I added terms and condtion within the workflow, and as a test i was saying before anyone accept it( View it) so i licked on it and it shows on the bottom and far to the left see the
see screenshot, how we can correct that?

By changing the popup mode in your HikaShop configuration.
