Only show 1 product in the order manager

Hi

When I set an option in a product, when the customer buy this product with option in the order manager in backend don´t show the option chosen, only show the product.
I try to add in the backend the option but don´t show 2 products, only show 1 product.

I attached some screens, how the customer buy fine with option, but in the backend show the correct price but only 1 product
