Checkout - can you combine address and T&C step

We have a one product that when we go to the checkout it gives an extra step to enter the address and T&C.

The checkout is set up as guest checkout so was all on one page, but we are testing setup on an extra page for T&C.

Problem is when you enter your address it gives you a next button, but if I have ticket T&C why does this reload the page and then you get another Next button at the bottom of the page for approving again.

Can it save the user address (there is no shipping) and T&C in one step?

It was confusing people who thought the page had not changed, except the Next button moved from under address to under the t&c.

Hi,

At this time, this is the way the checkout is working, the customer first have to submit the address form, and once this one is validated he can submit the whole page form.
Changing that will require custom code.

ps: we are working on a new version of the checkout which will avoid this double validation
