blank login kicks out back to previous screen

Hi guys, I've got a really unusual error. If the login is blank on the shop and they click 'logon' without any details. it doesn't actually render the error message of 'please login or please put in password' it actually kicks them back to the previous screen? It does it for each state??

The checkout is cart (accept conditions) ->login (and if blank) and they hit login they go backwards instead of get a message?

Any one have any ideas? it seems really weird that it should send you the previous error message on the previous page when it should be rendering the relevant error on the page your on.

Hi Nicholas, Sure there please see attached. As you can see login is on the second page but if they hit login with no details in it, it boots them out to the previous (that has cart and terms and conditions) and gives them the terms and conditions error.

I just tested it with the same configuration on my end and it worked fine, can you download the last Hikashop version through our website install it and test it again ?
