Tree category is wrong afrer update

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 4.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.36

After update on Hikashop version 2.5.0 tree category display is wrong. Those categories, when early was subcategory, now is category first level. It's only in backend, on front structure is valid. Also appeared error 404 - /media/com_hikashop/images/world.png.

Hi,

We just made a quick fix for the 404 error, please add the following image in the folder "/media/com_hikashop/images".



For the wrong structure ; would it be possible to have more details about the categories ?
What should be their parent ? How did you create these categories ? How do you see them in the "category" section of HikaShop (not in the tree, which should be the same than for the products) ?

Hi!
404 fixed. Thank. But why icon world.png found 2 times? It must be so? One time around "Корневая директория" (root), second time - around category Фонари(category).
Амстердам и Кенигсберг - must be child directories of Фонари, but now they in root directory.
If see category in not tree, that's all right, structure valid. Trouble only in tree.

Hi,

Are you sure that "Фонари" is a classical HikaShop category ? Or is that for example the "brand category" which has been moved into the "product category" afterwards ?
Because that category is also display as a root node at the end of the tree ; and that's something that I can't reproduce in my local websites.
Due to that unwanted root node ; the side effect could be a wrong placement of the sub categories ; so I think that we have first to understand what that category is and how it is also display as a root node.

If you can send us these details and also a backend access to your website (using the "contact us" form with a link to that forum thread) ; it will help us to fix it.

Hi,

Thanks for the access.
As you can see in the screenshot, the category tree is now display fine.

The category "Фонари" was wrong configured and didn't have any parent category ; so I set the "product category" as his parent category and I unpublished it (because or the "duplication").
