Now, if you have blank page ; it means that you have some PHP errors : so you should take a look at that error file and provide some details about the error.
Because without any single information about your issue ; we can't help you to fix an unknown problem.
Please be careful with your words and your public criticism specially when complaining about a non response of the support team, after around 5h for a contact message sent a Friday night a 8PM.
Yes, the support team does not reply on the minute and yes the support team is trying to take some rest during the week end (even if we replied to some message...)
So, please be careful and understanding about the work the support team is doing for every users ; even if you're using the starter (free) edition !
And please also note that we generally reply under 24 hours so be patient and do not send private message to moderators at 2am in order to get a faster reply. We reply to all message but we reply to older message in priority.
