As I can do to make the administrator to arrive in the mail product code (SKU) in the purchase order.

We are using Hickashop Starter 2.5.0

If you are using the starter version, the best solution will probably be to directly set the "Display product code" option to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Display".
