Where can I obtain the extension for beanstream to use as a payment gateway with HikaShop? Google and the search function have failed me.

Since you have the latest & greatest of everything (except for errors), you should scan the list of payment methods already installed with HikaShop, e.g. in the HikaShop backend -> System -> Payment methods -> New. Eagle eyes wide open for "HikaShop Beanstream payment plugin"...
