No email confirmation to client

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4

There is no email order confirmation email being sent to the client after they complete their order - how do we correct this.

it sends an order notification to us ok.

Hi,

Please go in the menu Orders of HikaShop. Is the "order status" of your orders "confirmed" ? If not, it means that your website is not receiving payment notifications from your payment gateway. Here is a documentation about that that you can follow:

Otherwise, it's likely to be a problem either of customization of the emails (that you can edit via the menu System>Emails) or of the settings in the Emails section of the HikaShop configuration.

Hello,

This documentation appears to be about notification after payment. We want a notification to go to client after the have completed placing the order. They will not have paid for it until we have sen them an invoice.

I did a test on your website but I received a notification email after the completion of the order:
take.ms/3ZnIO
So I don't see any problem with that on your website.
