Please go in the menu Orders of HikaShop. Is the "order status" of your orders "confirmed" ? If not, it means that your website is not receiving payment notifications from your payment gateway. Here is a documentation about that that you can follow:

Otherwise, it's likely to be a problem either of customization of the emails (that you can edit via the menu System>Emails) or of the settings in the Emails section of the HikaShop configuration.
