Hi,

I think that in Joomla > Menus you have to edit that menu settings and in the "Product options" tab you have to change the value of the setting "Sub elements filter" in order to display only the direct sub elements of the current main category.

Hello Xavier,

I have tried changing settings, but it is still showing a product under image.

See attached images.

Hi,

Try deleting the menu item via the Joomla menu manager and recreating it. It might hopefully be enough to solve the problem.

Hi Nicolas,

Deleted and re-added, but it didn't work.

If I use the category that we created, then it shows the products after the categories. If we select the 'categories' category (which contains men women etc. that is already in Hika, those categories are fine and don't display products.

So we have a setting in our category which is wrong? We have tried adjusting the previous setting you suggested but that didn't make any difference.

Need to make a decision on what E-commerce package to use today, so would appreciate it if this could be resolved asap.

Thanks

Ian

Hi,

Are you sure that this products hasn't be assigned to many categories ?
For example a product in the "men" category and in the "categories" category will be displayed incorrectly based on your needs.

Do you have an override on the view "category / listing" ? There is maybe an issue related on this too.
