Hikashop not working properly. Customers can't pay for a product. Indeed, it blocks at / task-step / step-0: / task-step / step-1 is redirected to / task-step / step-0

Hi I have the same problem with Hikashop business 2.6.0

It's my 1st install, and i have only free imaterials products.
Have i lost something in the configuration ?

Always blockey to step-0, validate button of step-0 return to step-0.

Hi !

for information i have installed an old package of Hikashop (com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-10-08_19-56-33.zip) and i don't have the problem.

I have the probleme only with the actuel package (com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-10-30_13-47-25).

Hi,

Normally, there should be an error message during the checkout if there is a problem.
Maybe your template is not displaying it.
Try this:
www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...tibility-issues.html
Or try switching to the default Joomla template and see if you get an error during the checkout.

We're not able to reproduce the problem on our end.

Hi Nicolas and thanks for your repply..

I have think to this and i have try yesyterday with my Template, and with protostar Template.
There are not error message displayed with the 2 templates.

And like i said, after installing old package 2.6.0 com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-10-08_19-56-33.zip i don't have the problem.

I don't see what can i try other ?

Unfortunately, we're not able to reproduce the problem on our end. So we'll need more information to be able to help.
Ideally, a backend access and a link to a copy of the website with the problem would be great.

I try with the today package com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-11-02_17-44-32 but i always have the problem.

The com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-10-08_19-56-33 is the last package wich run to me.

Actualy i have the last version online (wich don't run).

Hi,

We've published a new package which should fix the problem.
As usual you can download it via the menu My account>My subscriptions and then install it on your website and that should fix the problem.
