Registratio error

Some customers get this error:

You cannot proceed to a guest checkout as some of the products in your cart require a registration to our website. Please register an account or remove these products from your cart in order to proceed.

I know that it has something to do that in products are marked that customers who buy it are placed in a particular user-group.
The problem is that we can find that product.

Can you tell me in which database-table and field this is stored? In this way I want to trace that product.

Check your products if they are restricted to certain usergroups: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...orm.html#restriction

If you want no restrictions, make sure only "All" is checked.

I know.

But the question is: there ar that many products and variants that it is impossible to check them all. So: I want to know where in the database this is stored, so I can trace the wrond products.

It's the column product_access in the table #__hikashop_product.

But before "messing around" in the database directly, you should consider exporting/changing/re-importing your products, or a mass action. See documentation for more on this.
And don't forget backing up first.

All products are 'product_access = all'.

We still have this error:

You must have set restrictions elsewhere... maybe categories. Go through your configurations and double-check everything.
