Default a custom address field not show

Hi,

Only recently, when we updated our software this happened.
We have a custom field when the guest fills out their address, with the first option selected by default.
Now the default option is not selected, and I can't figure out why. I have a picture of the front end and backend configuration.
IN the backend, you can see the display preview shows the default selected, but it is not selected on the front end.

Do you know what is the cause of this?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
