Problem with canonical URLs

-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.27

I put Force canonical URLs on listings in Use canonical URL if specified. After updating to 2.6.0 canonical URLs generate automaticly. I don't want it to be generated automaticly.
What can I do?

my subscriptions expired on 27 October 2015. And I have com_hikashop_business_v2.6.0_2015-09-26_13-03-59.
What Can I do?

May be you'd better to know that this bug waste a lot of my time. because of wrong canonical URLs i edited around 3000 row in hikashop_product table and it is not finished yet.
By the way pay for renew is not posible for me because of the bank sanctions against us.

I know what you mean. But if I turn off the "force canonical URLs on listings" setting my SEO will damage. I experienced it before and a lot of my products indexed in google in wrong categories. So i think this solution is not a solution.
I wonder if you give me a file to replace in order to fix it.

I download starter package and replaced helper.php. But the problem not fixed. I put Force canonical URLs on listings on "Use Canonical URL if specified" But the canonical is generating automaticlly.
By the way after using hikashop for more than 1 year I think solving this bug is taking a lot of time and my site SEO is facing harmful problem with wrong canonical URLs and 404 error.
