Slide enlarged photos

Some of my products have more than 1 photo.
When user clicks on a photo to enlarge it there is no option to click next or back so he has to close the enlarged photo before he can view the next photo. I'd like to make it work like slider with next/back buttons. I don't want to slide it automatically, but I'd like to let user slide enlarged photos.
Also I already have template where it is already done. How I can move this feature from my old template to new one.
