New User as customer with order confirmed status!

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.43

When user is Signup and Im redirecting Joomla to Hika registration, then I get NEW USER as NEW CUSTOMER and status CONFIRMED!
What this does is that they can downlaod any online downlaod from their Download area!!!
HEEEELLPP please this is not really cool, before I had no issue at all when using older starter version.

When the user signup, it changes automatically the order status to "confirmed" ?
This should not be related, a signup can't validate an order. Are you sure that this is not due to the checkout validation ?
An issue due to you payment method settings ?

For the usergroup modification on signup, please check the option "User group on registration" in Configuration > Checkout > Login & Registration.
