I think that some accesses will be easier for the support team to understand what you're issue is really.
Currently, I'm not able to visualize what could be the issue ; so I have no idea on how to solve it.
You can use the "contact us" form to send us private information ; just add a link to that forum thread so we will know what to do with the links.
