Hide Wishlist for some customers

I was wondering if it's possible to hide the wishlist option for certain customers (who already have an account) ?
So not for everybody, just some would like to see it, some don't.

Via some custom code this can be possible, but not only via options.
For the code, you can potentially create custom user fields to get the customer choice (enable or disable) and based on this add code in the wishlist views to display or not the wishlist elements.

Is the view for the wishlist inside the cart view ?

Yes the wishlist is using the same views than the cart, the views are "cart / showcart" and "cart / showcarts".
But to hide the buttons, you will have to edit the view "product / quantity" too.
