I have the following error:
ERROR The folder /home/..../public_html/media/com_hikashop/upload/thumbnails/0x200f is not writable

The permissions for the folder is 755 ??

This error occured after reinstalling HikaMarkt, after having a sql error. where i was not able to connect to hikamarket from the menu link "Control Panel"

Please try to simply change the permission settings from 755 to 775.
There is maybe a user / group permission issue: fideloper.com/user-group-permissions-chmod-apache

I have confirmed several times that the permissions are correct. See image:
This problem only occurred after i deleted seveal categories while in the back end.
Now it seems that a lot is wrong with the HIKA Shop so i purchased an update version: 2.6.1 and i am still having problems
