Wrong name of our customers in comments

After the last update, something is wrong with names of customers. Once our customers leave a comment, their name becomes something like this "%D0%9C%D1%96%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BD"

I just checked it, names become like this if they were written, using Cyrillic symbols.
However, our customer from the USA noticed something similar. He wrote "J.James", while hikashop changed it to "J.James%20".

There was indeed an issue in our vote.js file.

Please replace the file "media\com_hikashop\js\vote.js" by this one:

By what file? I see nothing.
