How to update newest hikashop version without view

hi!
may be my question so idiot. but in the hikashop component, i customize alot of code in display -> view to change display like my opinion. I want to update newest version of hikashop without affecting the customize code!
please explane to me how to do that?

Hi,

You can find most of your answer in the F.A.Q. section
www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html

As long as you use view override ; you won't have issues.
But modifying core files is not recommended at all.

and please answer me, where is folder i can found all file in parameter 'display->view'? i want keep all this file like a backup

Hi,

All the overrides are stored in templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop for frontend views and administrator/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop for backend views.
