-- Joomla version -- : 3.1.0

Hi, I upgraded to 2.6.1 hikashop. and now I have a problem with a user profile page.
If the user, when accessing the private area and next click on "Go to My Profile", the url is: www.laputea.com/it/component/hikashop/
But the url should be: www.laputea.com/it/component/hikashop/user
Also, I would even customize the url, but can not find a function to do it.
Where I find a way to change the url?

The problem is even worse! Customers have told me that at the time of confirmation of the order are sent to the home of the shop and not to the payment confirmation page or at the paypal page, as they did before. In a few words with the last update I found the url problems. Can you solve?

1. I registered on your website but I couldn't find any link to the profile. Could you tell us how to access it so that we can check the issue ?

2. I've done a test for the checkout, and I'm able to go to the PayPal payment page without any problem on your website:

So I don't see what you're describing.

I do not know, but the problem 2 is solved...!

problem 1: the login page is managed by module "Improved ajax login". If you click on "Accedi" and "Il mio profilo" before addressing you on www.laputea.com/it/component/hikashop/user and now on www.laputea.com/it/component/hikashop/


how is it possible? and I can change the url with, for example, www.laputea.com/it/myprofile ?

It's probably possible to change that link to something else but that link comes from your improved ajax login module as far as I can see. So I don't know how it works or how to change that. I would recommend to contact the developers of that module in that case.

sorry if I insist, but the problem persists. Reached the last step of the checkout system does not address to the paypal page, but the store page. I attach screenshots. Today has happened 2 times with 2 different customers and in 2 tests I conducted myself, it happened again. I think it is a problem with last update of hikashop, because so far it has never happened.

Update: After several tests I found that the problem occurs only in certain categories of products, not all. If I purchase products of the category "X" i can complete the order, if I purchase products of the category "Y", the problem occurs. Is not normal! :blink:

Update: if I buy one product, I can conclude the order. If I purchase more products, the system does not direct me to the conclusion page order and sends me back to the home.

Hi,

I've tried three orders on your website. For all three orders, the orders were created a the end of the checkout (I got the notification email). For one order I saw the thank you page. For the two others, I was logged out from the website after the order was created (and thus lost the cart and was redirected to the products listing page).
So the conclusion is that there is some kind of plugin which logs out the customer after the checkout.
I suppose that it is because the customer is being added to some user group, and that the plugin has to log out the customer so that he gets the new user group when he logs back in.

It could come from a mass action you created or the way the HikaShop user group after purchase plugin is configured.
Check all that and try to disable them if you have any enabled and try again.
It could also come from a third party plugin so if it doesn't come from mass actions or the user groups plugin, check the different plugins of the groups hikashop and system on your website via the Joomla plugins manager.

You're right. I have enabled a massaction plugin to place customers in a category for each purchase over 100 euro. But what does not convince me is that I never had problems with this plugin before upgrade. I hope it's not a bug. Now it seems that the problem is solved after changing the trigger.
