Confirm account after ordering

Hey,

at the moment, customers have to confirm their account before the order can be placed at all. Is there a way to have HikaShop allow orders from pending accounts?

In my scenario, the user would go to his cart, register a new account in the checkout, receive both the order confirmation and the account confirmation email. Then he's free to choose whether to confirm the account or not. In the latter case, the order would just be handled like a guest order.
