If you're talking about the size of the popup to change the order status in HikaMarket ; that popup is 640px width.
The content in that popup do not require a lot of width and you shouldn't have any issue unless your template is forcing a minimum with even in the "component" template mode.
You can't modify the size of that popup unless you modify a core file of HikaMarket ; which is really not recommended.

My advice would be to modify the CSS of your template in order to not have a minimum width in your page when you're using "tmpl=component".
But it is highly possible that your HTTPS issue caused a non loading of some files, like the "layout.css" which could eventually, fix the issue. But your template should include it correctly (which is currently not the case because it does not handle the HTTPS).
Please contact your template provider in order to fix that issue.
(The other non loaded files due to wrong url are related to one of your system plugin ; contacting their support would be also interesting but it does not seem to have effects on HikaShop/HikaMarket)
