problem with creat product after moving server

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4
-- Joomla version -- : 5.5
-- PHP version -- : 5.5

hi
when we move site to other server creating and updating product have big problems.
in this not showing complately product edit and add product . and show like this?
what i can do for solving this

Hi,

This indicates a problem with your HTML editor.
Turn on the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and you'll see there the error message corresponding.
You can also change the editor used thanks to the "editor" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to circumvent the problem.
