Hi all, i upload a file CSV whit the images route service.bazzacco.net/lario_cope.php?codice=3095561952360
for example below
product_code product_name price_value images
3095561952360 PRATIQUES - EX SYST DE PRON FRANCAISE - CD (X2) 48,3 service.bazzacco.net/lario_cope.php?codice=3095561952360

but don't show the image and in the backend of amministrator show these message:

The GD library for thumbnails creation is installed and activated on your website. However, it is not configured to support "php" images. Please make sure that you're using a valid image extension and contact your hosting company or system administrator in order to make sure that the GD library on your web server supports the image extension: php

I ask to my provider but he say me the GD library are active on the sever

have you a idea for me?

thank in advance
Marco

Hi,

Well, your hosting company could have tried to read the message...
It says to ask if GD supports "php" images, not if GD is active.
And I doubt that their GD supports php images as this is not a valid extension for images.

You can't have images like that in your CSV. The link needs to end with an image filename.
For example, this link would work fine:

http://service.bazzacco.net/lario_cope.php?codice=3095561952360&name=myimage.jpg

Hi,

Your hosting provider won't be able to help you.
The browser is smart and guesses the image format.
The import system relies on the file's extension.
You need to enter URLs with image names with their real file extension.
For example, this one will work:

https://www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/avatars/resized/size144/users/avatar63.png
