Paypal plugin not confirming

Our paypal plugin has started not confirming when the payment has gone through. I tried deleting it and putting it back in, and this did not help. When people checkout it only says created. I attached a screenshot of the payment screen and its settings and the order screen showing it says created even though paypal says it went through.
