Google Merchant error - Account warned for policy

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

I have successfully set up a google Merchant product feed and all products are going across

However I have a couple of errors, most I can sort out but there is this one "Account warned for policy violation: checkout incomplete" that I have no idea how to solve.

Turns out the problem is that the checkout button took me to login first, I had to rearrange the order so the checkout appears before the login.

This problem is still current. I get the message …

Account suspended due to policy violation: checkout incomplete

Apparently when you click on the checkout button it is not taking you to the checkout… but it is and I cann;t work out why Google thinks it isn't, and what to do about it.

I'm talking to their tech support so will update if I hear more but if anyone here knows what's goiung on I'd be very grateful for a hint.
