error on initial conf page - no sample data

I installed correctly hikashop bussines. and tried to configured country, currency, sample data, initial layout press continue and after 1 or two minutes got an error:

Can't open file /tmp/dataexample/script.sql

The main and currency, and layout got configured correctly but no sample data, and default product type failed. I needed to configure to virtual goods again.

Is there any file you need to delete so the new configuration appears again. I want to try if is my hosting provider.

these is the second time that happen after a fresh joomla install.

1. Are you using the last Hikashop version ? If not can you download it through our website, install it and test it again ?

2. Your issue is actually weird, can you :
- Activate the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that you can see if it display an error message which will help you to understand from what your issue is coming.

Yes, I agree. My hosting provider is using lightspeed instead of apache. It comes with cpanel and softaculus, I am really happy with the speed. but kind of wierd these I have been experience.

I installed joomla using softaculus. and then gantry framework from rockettheme, and then a template and joomla tells me that there is no ganty. I resolved that installing manually the joomla + gantry + template package, then adopting the installation on softaculous.
