Product Listing - Always EMPTY

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3..5.1

I have created a link of type Product Listing.

It has a category selected however nothing shows.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi,

Hard to say without more information. Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of your menu item's "products options" tab and a link to the page so that we can see the issue ? Do you have the problem with the default template of Joomla ?

So, do you have products in that "Dry" category ?
Do you have the problem with the default template of Joomla ?
Can you provide a link to the page so that we can see the issue ?

Dry - Yes we have products there, see: mariannaskincare.com/_dev/products/category/41-dry

Yes, same issue with Beez3

That products listing is not empty.
Could you provide a link to the products listing which is always empty ?

Is the problem with the filter results page ?
In that case, can you provide a screenshot of the settings of your filter ?

On mariannaskincare.com/_dev/product-listing

If you choose a filter "Dry" hand hit filter, no results show

Even though we have that characteristic assigned to a product.
