Can't create orders in back end / checkout issues

-- HikaShop version -- : newest
-- Joomla version -- : newest
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no errors shown!

I'm having major issues with my hikashop.

I've tried waiting a long time, and i just can't anymore. I have way too many customers mad since hikashop isn't working.

1) I can't create orders in my back end.
I try.. i just loads a BLANK white page.
There are no errors, even with error reporting on.
After i refresh, it shows a "new order" was created in my backend, however i can't edit the order, or do anything to it. I can only delete it.

This is a function i use often and really need it fixed!

2) during checkout, shipping methods aren't showing up, AND a payment method "CASH / EMT"
only the credit card is working. I need the CASH / EMT also!

In my backend, it shows that the payment method "CASH / EMT" is published. However, when i go to "edit" it, i get the same blank white page as i get when i try to create a new order.

I really need help fixing this.

Hi,

1. Which version of HikaShop do you have ? Don't you have a server restriction for the error display directly ? In the php.ini file for example ?

2. Do you have any restrictions on your shipping/payment methods ? Does your products have a weight or do you have enabled the option "Force shipping regardless of weight" in Configuration > Checkout ? Still no errors displayed there even with the error reporting level set to maximum ?

1) We have the latest version of hikashop.
I'm not sure what the server restriction is, but i'll ask my hosting company

2)

Restrictions are based on what country is it going to, (depends what shipping rate gets used)

Does your products have a weight or do you have enabled the option "Force shipping regardless of weight" in Configuration > Checkout?
Force shipping is enabled

Still no errors displayed there even with the error reporting level set to maximum ?
Error was saying no shipping methods found.

As i said, all these issues are really holding back my business

1) cannot create orders in backend
2) shipping methods not found

1.
We're already talking with you about that by email, please choose either but stop posting your questions on several places. It requires extra work for us.
Besides, when I try to create a new order on your website, I don't get a blank page but that error page:
take.ms/W9J5u
This means that the website it trying to display a custom error page, but that it hasn't been configured properly to do so. I think this comes from the Joomla template you're using.

2.
You keep breaking stuff and we keep fixing them for you.
The shipping and payment methods were displaying fine last time I checked your website. So what did you do for them to not display anymore ?
Also, I checked your website and I did get a shipping method and a payment method:

So it confirms that the problem is just with the way you setup your methods. I can't be more precise as I would need you to provide a precise procedure to reproduce the problem you have.

And regarding the warnings you see on the checkout, just turn off the "error reporting" setting of the Joomla configuration and you won't see them.

And finally: The shipping payment and everything was working on your website last time I checked. So it broke after you did something on your website. If your website is important for your business, please don't modify your website directly. Do a copy of it, try the changes/updates on the copy and once it's ok, then you do the changes/updates on the live website. And you also do a backup so that if something goes wrong, you can go back to the backup and then you can contac the support of the extension with the problem and provide a way to test on the problem on the copy of the website.
