UPS Canada Shipping Method not showing up

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.45
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 50.0.2661.94
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : There are no error messages, But the shipping method UPS not visible in the checkout page.

Hello!
My manual shipping method works fine. I set up UPS shipping as per the documentation

But it's still not showing up. I'm not sure I missed any setup or its a bug.
Please advise.

Hi,

Did you set a weight and dimensions in your products ?
Make sure that you disable your manual shipping methods when you try to get the UPS shipping method to display.
That way, if it is not able to find UPS shipping methods, it should display an error message telling you why if your template is displaying messages ( www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...tibility-issues.html ).

Hi Nicolas,
The tested product set to 8lb and the dimension is 10x10x10
I tried disabled the manual shipping methods with UPS enabled, the error message says "No shipping method found"
(also tested with debug mode is on and error reporting set to maximum the error message is same)

Hi,

Could you try remove the canada zone restriction and the canada warehouse zone which both restrict the UPS shipping method ? And then, if that doesn't help, try to also select the other shipping methods of the shipping method.
Also, note that the shipping methods can only be displayed once the customer enters his address as UPS needs it to calculate the shipping fees.

Yes I tried, Canada zone and warehouse removed.
Now it showing error message "No available warehouse found for your location"

I tried several different customer location addresses and still same.

Please advise.

Hi,

The error "No available warehouse found for your location" means that either the warehouse you configured in your product and your shipping method are different, or that you configured a zone in the warehouse of your shipping method which doesn't match with the zone of the address you're using for your tests.
Please check these.

Hi Nicolas,
1. The error "No available warehouse found for your location" is coming after removing warehouse from UPS Shipping Settings as you advised. Also, the testing I used the address located near the warehouse.
2. On the product page, there is no warehouse added
3. Shipping zone, it just only one selected country as "Canada"

Hi,

I think we got some misunderstanding because of the naming of the options.
There take.ms/HGwpo the warehouse need to be filled in your UPS plugin, but you need to leave the zone empty.
There take.ms/WBtEg both the warehouse and the zone should be left empty.

The "No available warehouse found for your location" error means that either you didn't enter your address in the first warehouse area, or that you didn't select a warehouse in the option of the restrictions area of the shipping method.

And you don't need to create a shipping zone since the zone fields should be left empty in the shipping method.

Hi,

Maybe you're using an address for your customer which cannot be handled by the services that you selected in the shipping method. What if you select all the services ?
Do you have an error message in the checkout now besides the "no shipping methods found" ?
What address are you using ? Could you also give a link to the product page and a backend access to the website ?

Manual Shipping its still works fine. I only disabled manual shipping while testing UPS.
When disable manual shipping the error message shows "no shipping method found"

Here the shipping address i used to test,
7 Cedar St Suite 201

Hello,
Your issue was coming from the value that you have set through the "State/Province code" option of your UPS configuration page, when you change it to "ON" the UPS shipping method is properly displayed through the checkout workflow.
