Acymailing TAG non working

Hi,

I can't make the tag system for Acymailing work properly in the HTML version of the newsletter.
Every option I select for the TAG, only the title ofthe first product is shown, and the newsletter lookssomewhat cut just after it (no "footer" lines).
The text version of the newsletter looks good.

Where can I look for debug/solvution?

Hi,

What tag are you using, with what parameters exactly ? What is the result before/after ? Could you provide some screenshots ?
Do you have the same problem with other tags or only with HikaShop tags ?

Hi nicolas,

It does not work with either single product (multiple selections) or category ("all" selected), same result as attahed screenshot.
Attached is the "preview", and it's the same when I read it from my mail client or online.
You can see how the text version shows all the products.

The "Joomla content" tag seems to be working properly.
Let me know if you need anything more to address this.

Hi,

Well, HikaShop works the same for the HTML and the text version. So this would indicate something linked to AcyMailing.
I've actually done a test on my end with the latest versions of AcyMailing and HikaShop and it works just fine:
before: take.ms/KykPh
after: take.ms/L478E
Maybe there is a problem with your newsletter template, or with the way you add the tags to the newsletter ?
How about trying with a default template of AcyMailing ?

1/ I turned ON the Joomla debug mode so I could see the "real" error instead of a blank page.
2/ I could see it was due to a memory limitation and it was apparently happening in the mijoShop AcyMailing plugin so I simply unpublished it and the tag interface worked back as it should.

That issue should be reported to the MijoShop team (that plugin is new...), there is maybe an issue in the plugin and it loads too many data...
