It will display error message whatever I set any packaging type "option". How to set the product compatible with packaging type "option"?

Can you test it with the "Packaging type" option set to "Your packaging" ?

I select option your packaging , it will display message Airbill is not allowed for Origin Country. If i select options FedEx Box or FedEx Pak or FedEx Tube , it will display error message Packaging type missing or invalid.

It only means that the "Airbill" shipping services are not available for the country that you have set on your FedEx configuration page.
The best solution will probably be to enable / disable each FedEx shipping services so that we can know from which service that error is coming.
