Affiliate Unpaid amount not showing

-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1

The affiliate unpaid amount(or paid) is not showing on the partner's page. We are having to hand add up each affiliate. it shows each individual amount on the affiliate sales page, but not showing any sales on their page.

Hi,

Well, I don't see a problem with your screenshots.
None of the partner orders that you have on your second screenshot are confirmed. They are either cancelled or created. That means that you didn't get any money for these sales. So you don't want to give any affiliate fees to your partners, right ?
Also, if the affiliate fee has been paid, it won't show anymore in the affiliate statistics.

Even when the orders are confirmed or shipped, it is still the same way. The parter's pages still show as blank in the paid sections.

Hi,

We got your user access and tried to log with it on your website backend but it didn't work. We got the error:
"Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet."
Could you please double check it ?

Hi,

I've done some tests and the affiliation system works fine on your website.
On the website you provided access to, there were no orders with any affiliation.
I've created two and both display on the partner's affiliate sales: take.ms/su6GH

You are testing in a subdomain, that was set up for affiliates but then not used (pss.deziroo.com)
Please check it on the main domain www.deziroo.com

Hi,

Well, it was kind of mixed up.
I've looked at the other website and the issue is that you didn't select the valid order statuses in the setting "Valid order status" of the Affiliate section of the HikaShop configuration.

I've added the statuses there for you and it's working.
