Warehouse pop-up not working in Shipping Methods

Hi!
I am trying to add warehouses to the shipping methods. However, the option that should pop-up does not pop-up, so that I cannot choose nor link any warehouses to the shipping method.
What might be happening here?

??? This dumb blonde user does not completely understand your answer. I have Hikashop 2.6.3.
What exactly do you want me to do here?

I think Jerome wants to say that you should change your popup mode to vex in hikashop->configuration->display->popup mode

New popup library: Vex

In the HikaShop configuration, for the setting Popup mode, you previously have the choice between Mootools and Bootstrap.
Vex is a new choice for the popup mode and will solve a lot of different issues.
That open source javascript library uses jQuery and should work with every template and Joomla versions (1.5, 2.5, 3.x).
If you are not using Joomla 3 or your template is not compatible with Bootstrap ; Vex is a good solution in order to stop using Mootools.
Joomla 3.4.4 - 3.4.8 have an issue with the bootstrap popup and can generates javascript issues.
The official patch is ready but it has not been include in Joomla release yet.
By using Vex ; you will avoid that possible javascript problem.
