registration info isn't saved despite confirmation

Dear,

when I fill in the registration page on
www.zebra-design.be/index.php/shop/checkout
see: 'registration page.png'

this information is not saved in the backend of Joomla (part 2 of added file) despite the confirmation (part 1 of of added file)
see: 'registration is not saved in the backend.png'

How can I fix this please ?

Note that you'll find your customers address informations through your Customer detail page via "Hikashop->Customers->Customers->'Your customer'".
