URL's and duplicate products

Hi,

I have recently taken on a new SEO consultant and he has sent over a list of things for me to correct on our site.

Currently on of the big issues we have is with products which are being duplicated across categories, see some examples below:

camtechsystems.co.uk/products/operating-...c-fz-f1-4-7-toughpad
camtechsystems.co.uk/products/rugged-pho...c-fz-f1-4-7-toughpad
camtechsystems.co.uk/products/tablet-pc-...c-fz-f1-4-7-toughpad
(only 2 categories associated with the product)

This is quite an extensive list and as an example the first url in the list above doesn't have the catagory "operating systems" associated with it in product/main otions/categories:
camtechsystems.co.uk/products/operating-...c-fz-f1-4-7-toughpad

Not sure how to proceed on this one, do you happen to have any suggestions? Ideally, we need only one URL per product

I have already assigned all my products with the above cannonical URLs. Also I have "Force connonical URL's on listings" set to "use connonical url's if specified"

We also seem to be having some very strange things happen with certain products appearing in what looks like completely the wrong category, for example: camtechsystems.co.uk/products/tablet-pc-...lcd-screen-protector .
