We have bought Hikka shop today and we are not able to install it

The error message you have is related to Joomla and your server configuration ; it is not related to HikaSerial or his package.

You should check the folder permissions in your website in order to be sure that you will be able to install a component/plugin.
You also check the "upload size limitation" of your server (and of PHP).

Knowing that the sub message is "unable to find install package" ; it means that the ZIP (or tar.gz) you have uploaded are not in the server afterwards ; and because that ZIP (or tar.gz) is not in the server, the installation cannot proceed.
So the problem is with the upload of the zip to your server.

We have a documentation page in our website which talk about generic problem with installation.
You will find there a method to "install by FTP" to avoid the problem of uploading packages.
