Problems after update

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Mozilla/5.0

After I updated my hikashop business, problems began to appear, I fixed some but have more.
1.The main menus have no products linked unless you change link type to from category listing to product listing. It was fine before updating.

2.Product filter function doesn't run properly, sometimes when you input key words, then click search, it comes to the category page, but it comes to the filter result on the second click.This problem doesn't produce every time.

This is a products listing that I got from clicking on a category of the categories listing of one of your main menu.
So it seems to work fine.
Please provide more details to be able to reproduce.

2. Again, please provide precise instructions to be able to reproduce the issue.

Thanks for your reply.
1. The menu you clicked was changed to product listing so it displayed fine, but if you try other menus, you will find the problems, ex the attachment.



2.The problem doesn't produce at the moment, it need some luck. I meet sometimes, when you click search, it comes to the category listing page.

1. No, I clicked on that menu:
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
As you can see that's a categories listing. And when clicking on a category of that menu item, it displays the listing of the products of that category.
Then, please provide screenshots of the settings of the menu item

2. Without precise instructions to be able to reproduce the problem, it will be hard to help as we can't analyze the issue.

Hi, the menu you clicked is wired. Most of the menus don't work, the main menu and most sub menus don't show products. You will find the problem if you do another click.

Hi,

The way you configured the menu item, (with the sub element filter set to "all sub elements" instead of "direct sub elements", you should even see the products below the categories listing on that link.

So I can only think that there is a problem with your template.
Please try to switch to the default template of Joomla temporarily. If it works, it means that the problem is with the template and you could try renaming the file templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/category/listing.php via FTP.
