override listing.php

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.5
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : nothing occur on the file os web server

Hi
I go to Display -> view and click on the listing item .
The page appear but i can't rename it and when click on save nothing occur .. n ochange i nthe file os sytem
( ie r templates/templatename/html/hikashop_com/listing*.php )
Hope i the bug not come after i do some change in some php files .

Hi,

You can just change the name of view which are allow to be "copy".
Like "show_..." view for example. But for other views which should not be duplicate, the feature is logically not there.

Hi
Could you explain what occur after i click on save because don't find new file under the active template directory !
Perhaps i look in the wrong directory !!!

Hi,

The class "hikashopViewClass" is instantiate and the function "saveForm" is called.
That function will call the other function "save" which will write the designated file in your server.
I don't know what are the parameter you have and for which template you're creating the override but there is nothing special in the code ; only checks to be sure that you're writing in the right place and that you have rights to create/update the file.
