Hi Nicolas,
<note regarding below - i think i might have found a solution... see how the client likes it>
Thanks for your suggestion here.
I am not sure if i am setting it up correctly though. Is it possible to force users to pick only one option.
To explain better we have a formula like this for product selection
1.select image
+
2.select what paper you want it printed on (3 options)
+
3.select size (4 options)
+
4.select framing, matting etc. (another 3-4 options)
Once you have selected image, the step 2 determines available prices in the step 3.
I am sorry about this complexity, but I have tried quite a few options and i am stuck.
If i use the "options" solution, it loads all 3 types of paper and all sizes, and person cannot choose just the correct ones...
it is really very messy....
Using variants is not sustainable, as each product would have too many variants for us to manage individually (there will be over 200 images within few months available)...
I think the best way would be if we can redirect people from one product to another... so when anyone adds an image, they are redirected to the page where they add their paper/size options and then they are redirected to finishing options.... and after that they can continue shopping or not....
Is there a way to do that???
Also, is there a way to group products in a specific way? If someone buys 3 images with 3 different options, it may be hard for the administrator to know what goes with what.....
Thank you in advance.
