Remove tags links

Hi,

I want to use Tags for quality indication (good, reasonable, etc) for second hand LP's. (or is there a better way?)

How to remove the link function of the tags (because i don't need this) and is it possible to have a tooltip to this tags?

Hi,

The "Tags" you're talking about are Joomla tags.
It is not possible to remove the links like that because the display is fully managed by Joomla ; afterwards you can see to perform a layout override in Joomla but we won't be able to help you for that task which is entirely related to the Joomla core.

If you want to have some "tags" but without using the Joomla tags, the best would be to use a product custom field so you can display the content as you want in the product page.

Hi Jerome,

Thanks for the sugestion. When i use radio buttons in the backend they also shown on the frontend and that's not what i want.

I want to those in the backend and only shown the chosen value (output)

So in the backend as an example the options: Perfect, Good, Bad.

On the frontend only the chosen value, no selection possible. When i make a custom field (product) the value is shown in the specification tab but i want this value nearby the Add to cart button (item) is this possible?

Test cat 1 picture is perfect

Product 2 picture this what i like to achieve

I have made some changes on the core fields. So i moved the specification field to the right place and removed the (with css) tab specification itself.

Maybe not the most subtile way, but it works for me now.
