Create a new topic every time, .........

It's done like that on purpose.
Most of the fields there need a different value at least once every few months.
Joomla propose updates every few months, HikaShop as well.
Your browser must update itself every few weeks.
The error message should be different each time as well as the URL of the page on your website.
So I don't see a point in storing that for all your messages.
That would require you to edit your information almost each time you want to post a new thread in order to update one or the other, and most of the time, people would forget.
