Coupons won't work after update [Solved]

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5.
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

Hi,

After the update to 3.0.0 the coupons no longer work.
Adding a coupon in the coupon to she shopping cart works but the discount is 0.
In the back-end the overview says the coupon is published but when you click the coupon all switches (including the published switch) are set to "no"
If you switch them to yes and save the coupon they are switched back to"no".

I hope you an help because customers are complaining that they cannot add the discount.

Small note, after installing the site does not redirect to the Hikashop dashboard telling me tho click a link if not redirected within 3 seconds.
No problem but if no one tells you you will never know
