License shows as expired in backend update

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.6

Hi,

We have renewed our Hikashop Business License, but the Joomla Update for Hikahop Business is still showing the license as expired. We'd prefer to update through the automated process. How can this be corrected so the update will complete?

Hi,

I see your subscription as valid on our end.
Did you click on the refresh button of the Joomla updater ? Otherwise, you will still see the cached version of the result, from before your subscription was renewed.
You can also download the install package in the menu My account>My subscriptions and install it via the Joomla installer. That will perform the update.

Resolved now. I had to change the url in the subscription from p3proswing.com to p3proswing.com/site3 and everything worked.
