Setting up an Admin group for HIKASHOP

I am trying to set up an Admin group that would allow members to manage HIKASHOP (Dashboard, products......) without being able to modify the rest of Joomla! (System, Users, Menus, Content, Components, Extension)

Is there a tutorial on how to do that?
